1. The Buyer shall provide the dog with adequate food, fresh water at all times,
shelter, affection, love, and medical care, including all necessary
immunizations, parasite control, and medication recommended by Buyer’s
veterinarian.
2. The Buyer shall provide the dog with veterinary care upon sickness, disease,
or injury, and shall take it to a veterinarian at least once a year for an annual
health examination and routine vaccinations.
3. The Buyer shall provide the dog with humane care and maintain it in
accordance with all current and future state, county, and municipal laws and
ordinances where the Buyer resides.
4. The Buyer shall provide the dog with a fully fenced yard or other humane
means of exercise. The dog shall not be kept constantly chained.
5. With Breeding rights, the dog Will not be breed before the second heat,
and the breeder should be notified of the all future breeding's.
6. The Breeder will have the chance to have 1 pup back at a set price of $350
7. The dog shall reside at the Buyer's address.
8. There is always the choice that the buyer may attempt to rehome dog/puppy on there own, However you must notify Breeder of situation and allow Breeder to have new buyer's contact info and vise versa. Failure to comply will result in a $550 fine to be paid to Breeder within 30 days of selling dog/pup. Anytime past the 30 days is subject to a 15% interest rate. The Buyer will be held liable for any and all court cost and fee's if necessary.

Williams County Court House, in Bryan OH
9. The Buyer agrees to take the puppy to a veterinarian within three 72 hours of
the date of purchase for a physical examination to determine the health of the
pup.
10. Refunds are to be given only at the Breeder's discretion.

Seller can not Guarantee the size or color of pup when full grown.
However I can give you my best guess.
Due to different environmental factors I can not Guarantee the temperament of any dog or pup.
12. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and related expenses (crate, usda health certificate, gas, time). With regards to the delivery/shipping of the puppy to the Buyer. The PURCHASE PRICE MUST BE PAID IN FULL 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO DELIVERY OF THE PUPPY!
13. The Buyer agrees that the Breeder is in no way liable or responsible for any
damage, accident, or injury resulting from the dog.
14. The buyer agrees to sign and uphold the conditions of the Health Guarantee.
15. The Buyer and Breeder agree to keep each other informed of their current
addresses.
16. The Buyer agrees to pay the Breeder any and all expenses, including court
costs and reasonable attorney fees, in enforcing the terms and provisions of
the Contract.
17. Should the Buyer be unable or unwilling to fulfill any of the above provisions,
the Buyer agrees to return the dog to the Breeder at the Breeder's request and
at the Buyer’s expense. Should the Buyer refuse to return the dog, the Buyer
hereby authorizes the Breeder to pick up and remove the dog from the Buyer's
control.
18. Defamation/ Slander: Buyer agrees and understands That they have Bought and paid for this puppy/Dog From Jenielle Myers/Terri White {Out-Law-Hounds} Buyer Did Not Rescue or Adopt The said Puppy/Dog. Buyer agrees to refrain from making any disparaging, negative or uncomplimentary, False statements on any publicly accessible medium including but limited to social media regarding or against Out-Law-Hounds or Breeder/Breeder's, Jenielle Myers/ Terri White , This includes but not limited to actions, comments, statements, responses, postings or comments that would be considered defamatory or slanderous in regards to The Myers family the White Family or (Out-Law-Hounds). This includes but not limited to actions, comments, statements, responses, postings, comments, or screen shots of any messaging between Seller and Buyer as these are private conversations this includes, Text, IM, PM's and Emails that would be considered defamatory or slanderous in regards to Out Law Hounds, Jenielle Myers and family Terri White and Family. It is agreed that if the Buyer breaches any part of this contract we will seek breach of contract and damages in the amount of $4000 FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS and the jurisdictional limit for any additional damages which include but not limited to defamation, slander, loss of income, sales, harm to reputation, attorney, court costs, the return of our dog, and any fees in order to get possession. And All court actions will be held in the county and state at which the breeder (Jenielle Myers) resides in.
19. Once a puppy is sold with a Pet Package, if the buyer decides to breed the said puppy/dog they may contact the breeder and ask for the papers to changed to Full Rights. In this case the Buyer will pay a fee of $600.00 to the Breeder. Once payment is received the Breeder will then Contact the Registry to change the puppy/dog's status to Full rights with AKC. If the Buyer Breeds the puppy/dog while under Pet Package or adding another Registration in order to get other papers and without the Breeders Knowledge, then the Buyer will be charged $3,500 for breach of contract and damages. All court cost will also be added on to the sum.
As Breeders that likes to keep in contact with all puppy buyers, I ask that you keep some form of communication with me. And from time to time I may ask for updated pictures of past puppies/dog's.
I will always ask permission before posting a picture on our website or Facebook page.
It is also your responsibility to keep me up to date on your address and phone number. Also AKC requires this info from me.

it is also agreed upon that the Buyer must keep the puppy up to date on all vaccines and dewormings during this time to keep the Health Guarantee valid, and that said puppy/dog should have a wellness check at 6 mos and 1 yr of age.
Buyer assumes full responsibility (100%) of all cost and care of the dog after the sale and during the span of buyer's ownership.

If the puppy/dog is found to be unhealthy within the 72 hour period the Buyer must notify the Breeder IMMEDIATELY. A copy from the Vet with full description of illness is required. Without a report nothing will be done on the Breeder’s end! If it is a legitimate illness, and is covered by the Health Guarantee the Buyer will have the choice of a replacement puppy of equal or lesser value or a Refund of 100% minus the Holding Fee (ONLY IF THE PUPPY IS RETURNED)
